Performance plans need to be completed on a quarterly basis. Typically
performance plans have an associated timeline for each major task/item
to provide accountability. It is important to focus the performance plan on your strengths and continuing to refine and improve in areas that you are very strong at. Up to 80% of the
performance plan will focus on strength areas and continuing to improve
those while the other 20% should focus on areas were you want to improve
or learn new skills.
Many team members should apply a healthy dose of communication and
systems training along with technical or strategic training about your
key strength areas. Communication and systems drive our performance and
results very directly so you can typically find major growth from
improving these in addition to your technical/strategic growth.
The Performance Plan template is located below. If this is your first time to fill one out, please go to the "First Quarter" section, and fill it out in its entirety. If this is not your first time, please update the notes in your previous quarter, then fill out the next section.

When you have finished filling this out, please email to Chris Reddick (chris.reddick@claritymis.com) and Kristin Wagner (kristin.wagner@claritymis.com) before your next quarterly review. This is a working document, so updates can be made to it at any time. You are encouraged to review this with your managers/team leaders during your quarterly and as goals are achieved/updated.
