Here is a list of steps to help streamline the process of recorded trainings and working sessions. If these steps are followed, it will make the process of finding and sharing these videos much easier.
- Invite Brooke to session so she has access to recording
- Click Record and Start Transcriptions
- Before covering topic, say “Admin Meeting Start”
- Clearly state training topic and give a short description (verbally and typed into the Teams chat would be amazing)
- When said training topic is done, say “Admin Meeting Stop”
- Repeat for each new topic
