- Are there tickets in the sprint for a feature that require coordination with a Connect dev?
- Are there any tickets that you believe need to be reviewed because of high complexity?
- Are you aware of any client meetings in the sprint?

- Look into specific processes or bottlenecks that slowed progress or led to rework.
- Were there any gaps in communication or resource allocation?
- How did the team’s adherence to deadlines and quality standards measure up, and what could be fine-tuned?
