The following process outlines the standard process the team should take to escalate issues.
For issues related to projects, please send a message in the project group chat and tag the Project Manager, Kristin Wagner, Brandon Murphy, and any development leadership team members that may be needed.
For other issues that are not related to projects, please reach out to your manager or Ops team member regarding the problem. You can do so in your bi-weekly review, in an email, or even via Teams chat.
If there is no movement on the issue or for issues that may drastically impact a project's scope/timeline/budget, please create a group message that includes the following people:
