The process for entering new leads is as follows:
- Create new contact record in CRM
- Copy paste lead source notes in to Notes section of contact record
- Complete the following fields within the General tab : First Name,
email address, Phone #, and Lead Source
- Go to Actions tab and go to Screen / Needs Analysis, select Yes for
Send Lead Source Based Screen, then select Drop down menu for budget
size
- Save and close record
