- For Opps under $10K the proposal time to generate must be under
60 minutes and the sent date must be within 48 hours of request
date/time. Review of the proposal must require no adjustment
from potential Client requirements in order to rank above 0.
- For Opps above $10K the proposal time to generate must be
reasonable with the attention to detail and understanding of the
Client's need for accurate lines as a priority. The proposals
will be measured based on the sales team's ability to send out
without modifying and our ability to close on deals based on the
line items reflecting what the Client will need and some of what
they aren't thinking about but would need us to suggest.

- Review trends for closing ratio
- Discuss strategy and approach to improving and hold accountable
for last meeting's targets for improving
