LeadCaster is a valuable source of leads for Clarity; it identifies who
has visited the Clarity-Ventures.com site and is potentially interested
in the services we provide and developing a relationship with us. It is
vital that we capture the relevant leads from LeadCaster and contact
them in a timely manner.
Leads from LeadCaster must be entered into CRM by the COB each day for
leads that came in the prior day or earlier. LeadCaster will need to be
monitored at least once a day to ensure all relevant leads are captured
and contacted in a timely manner (within 36 hours). CRM will be reviewed
the following morning to confirm the appropriate leads (as identified
from the LeadCaster Summary email) were added to CRM.

determining which leads are relevant.
If relevant leads are missing from CRM the following morning, a note
will be sent to the team listing the missing leads and requesting that
they be entered and contacted as soon as possible. Because of the
importance associated to this task the team member(s) responsible will
be responsible for ensuring this is done properly in order to prevent
disciplinary measures such as adjusted commissions, etc.
