While there is a plethora of information contained within internal resources, Clarity would like to keep options open for all employees who wish to utilize external resources for professional development.
Clarity encourages all new developers to utilize online courses (such as Udemy) to aid in the ramp up period. Clarity will be able to assist in the cost for the cost of the course. It is recommended that developers consult with their team lead or manager before selecting a course in case there are any recommended courses. Otherwise, please submit your request to the Operations team and cc your manager for approval.
All employees who have been with Clarity for at least 3 months are eligible to submit a request for other professional development opportunities that may lie outside of their core job functions. Please submit your request to the Operations team and cc your manager with information about the opportunity. Operations may schedule a follow up meeting to work with you and management to discuss options for career growth before approval.
