- Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a direction or decision your leader made, what was the concern, how did you address it and what was the outcome?
- What is your biggest strength and how would it apply to this role?
- What is your biggest weakness and what steps are you/have you taken to counteract it?
- Give me an example of a time where you have had to deliver a large budget adjustment to a client or stakeholder?
- Tell me how you would handle this hypothetical, a customer asks for a new feature which you get the development team to estimate, the estimate is 20 hours and you communicate that with your client, upon given the green light you plan it in the sprint. At the end of the sprint, the feature is completed, but took 60 hours. Without having the advanced heads up to let your client know it was going over, How would you communicate this to the client?
- As a followup to the above, what steps would you have taken to ensure something like the above would not happen?
- Give me an example of a situation where you were did not know the solution, and no one was available to assist. What did you do, and what steps did you take to resolve the issue/problem?
