The Lenox Application (https://www.lenoxadvisors.com) is live and on NFP’s production server. There is also a QA instance of this application (https://uat.lenoxadvisors.com) located on NFP’s dev server. By acknowledging this email, you are stating that you have extensively tested and reviewed the application and are satisfied that there are no critical errors or missing features.
Also that you have read and understand any agreements that you have made with Clarity Ventures regarding services rendered.
Although we anticipate further updates/alterations/fixes on this project, any revisions post launch will incur fees at your provided hourly rate. Any hours you have on hand or have purchased in advance for maintenance can be used for these modifications. Modifications will be addressed on an as requested basis and billed hourly as a service to you.
Finally, by approving you are indicating that you understand that to get the fastest and most reliable service when repairing bugs, making revisions, or adding features, you should use your designated basecamp account to create tasks or messages indicating the specific nature of the issue(s) and the precise URL(s) where we can find and address them. In the next couple days, I will post updated reporting to our designated basecamp.
