Project Management Team Lead-

- Ultimately responsible for project success and health in all projects under portfolio.
- First line of defense in de-escalation
- Delivers prompt feedback to all team members in the PFM portfolio
- Actively participates and leads training for the team
- Reports all feedback directly to DPM, COO, and CEO
- Conducts bi-weekly check-ins with all PMS PMCs and BAs associated with the portfolio and goes into detail on each project
- Actively takes notes on all projects either in leapsom or in word that gets shared with leadership
- Participates in Feedback meetings for the Ops team
- Participates in and leads Sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews.
- Conducts standups for Pod
- Attends all kickoffs and discoveries within the pod
- Attends and participates in all Re-estimates meetings for pod
- Approving change requests
- Act as additional support on change request meetings
- Approve client-facing written communications and documentation from PMs within the pod
- Responsible for deployment scheduling
- Ongoing environment management of projects within the pod
- Responsible for Go Live and ensuring all the checklists are completed
- Assists in or leads client facing CEF admin and DNN training for projects within the pod
- Has a firm command of all projects within their portfolio and can speak to the progress or blockers on each project
- Reports feedback and details from all syncs with the team to DPM or higher on a weekly basis.
- Provides support, training, and guidance to all PMs and PMCs in the pod and in the company when needed.
- Actively works with DPM to ensure processes are followed and documented
- Actively works with DPM to improve processes within the PMO and helps to drive improvement
