When the base install (otherwise known as the "Phase One stand up" or "Out of box solution") is ready for the client, discovery is completed and re-estimates have been presented, they must be notified and asked to sign off on Phase One being complete (via email). It's essential that the client understand what our out of box solution does and does not do; delivering this along with the pFSD is an essential step to completing Phase One.
