Be sure to look at the Bootstrap version of DNNSharp in the dev tools. When I ran into this issue, the CEF Bootstrap version was 4.4.1 and DNNSharp was using 3.3.7.
If they are not matching, either upgrade Bootstrap in DNNSharp or disable it through the DNN ADMIN.
