Team members who serve in US military organizations or state militia groups may take the necessary time off without pay to fulfill this obligation and will retain all of their legal rights for continued employment according to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Advance notice of military service is required, unless military necessity prevents such notice, or it is otherwise impossible or unreasonable.
