Outside of the core business hours, employees should be regularly logging approximately 8 hours of time every workday and submitting a PTO request via Rippling whenever a team member needs to be out of the office.
Employees may make up hours if needed, but they must submit a request to their manager and the Operations team regarding their plan to make up hours. Requests must be submitted via email with as much notice in advance as possible. Employees may not make up full days of work over weekends unless they have received written approval by the CEO and notified Operations.
