During a review of your lead sources, we want to look for a few things. We will primarily be checking Zoho as that is the main lead-tracking tool. Another avenue for assessing the leads and their sources may be our analytics tool.
It's important that each lead we spend time on is a quality lead. In a perfect world, all leads are high-quality and will become closed/won. However, some leads result in negative time spent on follow-ups. It's important we track the leads in Zoho and assess how far along the sales process each lead made it before dropping off or closing the deal. Knowing where the closed deals come from can help us eventually shift focus on a specific marketing or sales tactic to attract leads.
