If the team is public it is searchable. This way dev team members do not have to wait on a PM to add them to a channel.
ΒΆ Searching Teams
Step 1 - click "Join or Create a Team"
Step 2 - input the name of the team you want to join
Step 3 - click on the Team tile you and select join
