Note: this user name and email will change over time as we continue to test this markup team. The credit card information does not save so we need to get that from Ops to submit, details on that are further down in this article.

Next, log in to W3 and click "Submit a project"

Under Customize Your Order select the Markup tab and begin filling out the details that are needed for your progress. If you are unsure, talk to your devs, confirm their needs. You can also ask Shelton, Stephanie, or Micki for assistance.
Here are some examples of selections:

Include the PM name on the e-mail as well, as they are the project manager managing it
Post notes below:
Hi Team,
We're looking to get another project completed with HTML/CSS only work required (and some light JavaScript for rotators, sticky header, and simple componentry). We need it done via Bootstrap 5 and would like the work completed in SASS based files for each of the key areas (header, footer, menus, 2nd level page, 3rd level page, and then also having each of the pages being a different SASS file, etc.). This separation of the SASS files will help us incorporate the W3 team's work into our overall project and continue to send this type of work to the W3 team for all of our projects!
Please note we can send fonts, etc. as needed as well, please let us know!
[Post notes detailing which pages to create as markups]
Ex: Full pages: mockups.pdf – page 5 & 6 – find a doctor (build full pages)
[Do not have the team recreate all pages]
In addition, this Client has to meet an AA standard for ADA and if we need to pay for more support to ensure this is met we're happy to do so.
Finally, we're able to fund and approve starting this work ASAP once we get an estimate for anything needed beyond what we've paid today and we realize it may cost a bit more as the team gets into the weeds and that's fine on this end.
Thank you in advance and talk soon,
Chris

Once the markup has been completed, the Ops team will update add time in EP in order to bill the cost of the mark up back to the client.
Ops typically audits the Mark Up team's messages to confirm the final cost of the mark up, and will reach out to the PM team to confirm which line item on EP the time will be logged to. After confirmation, Ops will log the equivalent amount of hours to the cost of the mark up.
