- Project IntermittentThe original estimates are very rarely the extent of the hours on a project. There are items that exceed estimations that we have to send change requests for, there are also changes to functionality that require new work.As Change Requests are paid, we need to rectify the project in EP to match the hours that we are adding to the project. This will be completed immediately upon a change request being paid.1) Gather a recent Change Request that has been paid for.
- Go to the Teams for the project that needs to have the Change Request added to EP.
- Navigate to “6- Financial”, “Change Requests”
- Add any new features as single line-item Activities, add the estimated hours.
- Update any existing Activities that have additional hours added to them.
