With the new server hardware, we have taken the opportunity to rebuild our domain structure on the latest 2019 version of Active Directory. This is resulting in a change to the internal domain that everyone will use once the server move is completed or far enough along to have you guys switch over.
This change brings some new security enhancements and disables security holes that have been present with the legacy domain as it has been migrated forward over the years. One of the changes that has been implemented are tighter password requirements.
Passwords for the internal domain now have the following requirements associated with them:
In the past we have turned off the ability for team members to change passwords. This was in part to make sure things were always meeting a certain minimum requirement of complexity. With the new server move we have transitioned to allowing you to change your password and we strongly encourage changing the initial password you were sent to something you can more easily remember going forward.
