All Majstro/Akra configuration variables may be set in one of two ways:
Var=Value to C:\Data\Majstro\cfg or $HOME/.config/majstroMAJSTRO_Var, where Var is the name of the variable you wish to set.GlobalInstall: The path we've installed a global copy of C4 at, to be used by all "one-click setup" sites.
C:\Data\Majstro\Global\publish on WindowsGlobalWorkingPool: The folder we'll store any implicitly created working directories from new-iis in.
C:\Data\Majstro\Workings on WindowsNativeFileDialog: True or false depending on if we want to use a native Windows/other platform's file dialog in Akra.
DefaultCert: The hash of the IIS certificate we're to use if no other certificate is manually selected.
AzureAccessToken - access token used to read from nuget and git to list repos/etc.
