Company Chat provides a unified internal chat interface where team members access chatbots based on their role assignments. Administrators control which bots are available to which roles.
The Dashboard tab is for administrators:
- Total Roles: Number of defined roles
- Total Bots: Chatbots available for assignment
- Role Assignments: Total user-to-role mappings
- Coverage %: Percentage of users with bot access
Two tabs organize management:
- View role cards showing assigned chatbots
- Click Add Role to create new roles
- Click Add Bot on any role to assign chatbots
- Remove bots using the delete icon
- View role cards showing assigned users
- Click Add User on any role to assign team members
- Remove users using the delete icon
The Chat tab is what users see—a three-column layout:
¶ Left Column: Chat History
- New Chat button to start fresh
- Search bar to find past conversations
- Pinned chats section (important conversations)
- Recent chats section
¶ Center Column: Main Chat
- Header with current bot name
- Bot selector dropdown to switch between available bots
- Message history (scrollable)
- Input composer at the bottom
¶ Right Column: Info Panel
