The last item and arguably the most important is the customer's satisfaction. We will be adding some additional checks on here but for the moment we are looking at general satisfaction and communication.
Subjective for management, if a failing score is placed, we will discuss why during a 1x1.
This is measured based on consistent and clear communication between the team and the client. In this communication, it is important for the sales team to make good first impressions while setting proper expectations with the client. In doing so, this will affect our long-term relationship with said client and how well we are able to move forward in the future should any complications or issues arise.
