Client onboarding is conducted by the sales team and provides them a baseline for how the project will go. This is conducted after the sales handoff email is sent, but before the project kickoff meeting and typically before a client pays their first invoice. The purpose of client onboarding is to help bridge the gap between the sales and discovery processes, as well as prepping the client for what they will need to have ready for us so that the discovery process goes as smoothly as possible.
