At the end of each sprint, a project manager is responsible for making sure a demo is recorded and sent to the client via basecamp of the work that was accomplished in the sprint. This should be sent by EOD Friday for each project for the week that the sprint ended.
Prior to recording, the PM must validate/QA the work and leave adequate time for the development team to fix any potential issues.
Demos should ALWAYS be recorded.
