The following process is for team members to follow if they would like to request a meeting with Chris Reddick.
- Go to the CR Meeting Requests Channel on the Clarity Ventures Inc. Teams Group
- This channel is public and accessible by all team members
- If you do not see this Teams channel, please reach out to the Ops team to get added
- Post on the CR Meeting Requests Channel with the following information:
- The project related to the meeting (if applicable)
- Who needs to be on the meeting
- How long the meeting needs to be (30 minutes, 1 hour)
- Urgency of the request (whether the meeting needs to be within a specific number of business days or weeks)
- A quick summary of what needs to be discussed
- If it is a client facing meeting, we ask that the PM sends the invitation for the time Sydney and the PM agree on to the client themselves, to mitigate any confusion on the client or operations team end.
- Please make sure you tag "Sydney Ritson" to your post
- If Sydney is going to be OOO, she will post on Teams who to tag for the days she will be out, but it will generally be an Operations Team member
- The Operations team will process all meeting requests within 1-2 business days, but please feel free to comment on requests to "bump" them if it is past the window
