/Portals/_default/Skins/<skin>/Registration.ascx
Override the following files to add the setting:
/Portals/_default/Skins/<skin>/Ecommerce/framework/store/storeAdminDashboard2/views/storeProfile.html
/Portals/_default/Skins/<skin>/Ecommerce/framework/store/userDashboard2/views/addressBook2.html
/Portals/_default/Skins/<skin>/Ecommerce/framework/store/userDashboard2/views/profile.user.html
There must be appropriate data in the [Geography].[PhonePrefixLookup]
table. Duplicate entries (same starting prefix) will only ever use the
first found.
