How are we going to get them?
Put together a draft note of what we are looking for
"Marketing team members that can help with podcast, blog, newsletter gen, basically a support member to help the rest of us. Polish and update collateral"
Chris will take what we put together, and he will send it out to the team. This will be posted on a few online listings.
Theory is that we either find a mid-level marketing stud, but we are looking for 2 intern level individuals. Look at local universities.
Our rough budget is 10-15 an hour as a junior. We are willing to go higher, but that isn't the preference since we could pull 2 on board with that price-range.
Commissions are available.

Ultimately these people will be executing on the things we have been wanting to do, or will help free us up so we can slam out the big things.
